I paint in candy colors, but the stories run deeper.
My work blends pop surrealism, neo-folk, and street iconography into a vivid visual language — part ritual, part rebellion. These are icons for a strange world, where childhood memories mix with protest, humor, and a craving for sincerity.
Rooted in post-Soviet visual culture, baroque excess, and Slavic folklore, my art celebrates emotional honesty in a time of noise and irony. I believe in soft chaos, visual overload, and the quiet power of sincerity.
I grew up between cultures, trained in Kyiv’s strict academic tradition before breaking away in Wrocław, where I found my own voice.
My Icons series — combining folk symbols, criminal tattoos, and sacred forms — marked a turning point: raw, emotional, direct.
After years of intense work and burnout, I landed on the other side of the world — in Hawaii. That shift led me to watercolor, to slow down, to feel. I started painting with softness again, not from theory but from the body.
I’m back in Europe, building new work that fuses everything I’ve lived through — the edge and the tenderness, the folklore and the urban mess.
I paint to make sense of the overlapping histories around me — and inside me.
Every piece I create is a small, vivid map of chaos, care, and contradiction.
I’m not here to explain. I’m here to resonate.
